While I have a teaching background, I currently run my own business supporting and coaching children and families who are facing behavioural difficulties. Alongside my teaching degree I have several diplomas and a master’s in the psychology of education.
I started my governance journey in 2014 when my son was in nursery at Woodley, and he left the school in 2021. I am passionate about education and ensuring that all children at Woodley have access to the best possible environment. Being Chair allows me to be able to support the school and the board on their strategic journey, and I feel really privileged to be a part of this.
Term: 01/04/2022 – 31/03/2026. Appointed by LA/Governing Board.
Responsibilities: Co-Chair, SEND and Disadvantaged Link Governor, Play Champion.
