Young Carers

If you personally know a young person aged 6-25 in Stockport who you think may be a young carer and needs some help, you’re welcome to contact Sign Post for Carers on 0161 442 0442 or via email info@signpostforcarers.org.uk. All enquiries will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. You can find out more about referrals using the link below. You are also welcome to contact school regarding this and to keep us informed so we can best support any Young Carers in school. We regularly host assemblies from Sign Post to keep the children informed of who young carers are and how they can be supported.
