New or Prospective Reception Families

To aid in your child’s transition, we organise various informal events and activities throughout the summer term. These experiences are designed to help your child feel comfortable and excited about their new learning environment. We also offer tailored support for children who may need additional time to settle in.

The Reception team have made some videos for you and your child/children to watch. We hope that by seeing the classroom and the staff’s faces regularly, the children will feel more confident, safe and secure to begin their journey at school.
